The Commission decided, with regard to the Committee, to request the Secretary-General to ensure the provision of appropriate staff and facilities from the United Nations regular budget for the effective and expeditious performance of the functions of the Committee, and invited the Committee to continue to enhance its constructive dialogue with the States parties and its transparent and effective functioning.
وقررت اللجنة فيما يتعلـــق بلجنة حقوق الطفل، أن تطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يكفل توفير القدر المناسب من الموظفين والتسهيلات من الميزانية العادية للأمم المتحدة لكي تؤدي هذه اللجنة مهامها بفعالية وسرعة، ودعت اللجنة إلى مواصلة تعزيز حوارها البنَّاء مع الدول الأطراف وأداء مهامها بشفافية وفعالية.

37. Under draft resolution V, the General Assembly would, inter alia, request the Secretary-General to ensure the provision of appropriate staff and facilities, within the overall existing budget framework, for the effective performance of the functions of the Committee on the Rights of the Child.
٣٧ - وبموجب مشروع القرار الخامس، تقوم الجمعية العامة بجملة أمور، من بينها أن تطلب الى اﻷمين العام أن يكفل توفير الموظفين والمرافق بشكل ملائم، في اﻹطار العام الحالي للميزانية، حتى يتسنى للجنة حقوق الطفل أداء مهامها بفعالية.

18. The Board expressed appreciation for the requests to the Secretary-General made by the General Assembly and the Commission on Human Rights in their most recent resolutions on the question of torture to ensure the provision of adequate staff and facilities for the bodies and mechanisms involved in combating torture.
18 - وأعرب المجلس عن تقديره لطلب الجمعية العامة ولجنة حقوق الإنسان من الأمين العام في أحدث قرارين لهما بشأن مسألة التعذيب أن يكفل توفير القدر الكافي من الموظفين والمرافق للهيئات والآليات التي تشارك في مكافحة التعذيب.

10.
