Reiterates that the Vienna Declaration adopted by the Third Ministerial Conference of the Paris Pact Partners on Combating Illicit Traffic in Opiates Originating in Afghanistan, including its four main thematic areas, is considered a road map for concrete action and international cooperation under the Paris Pact initiative for the upcoming period;
1- تؤكِّد مجدَّداً أنَّ إعلان فيينا الذي اعتمده المؤتمر الوزاري الثالث للشركاء في ميثاق باريس لمكافحة الاتجار غير المشروع بالمواد الأفيونية الأفغانية المصدر،() بما فيه مجالاته المواضيعية الرئيسية الأربعة، يعتبر خارطة طريق لاتخاذ إجراءات ملموسة وإقامة تعاون دولي في إطار مبادرة ميثاق باريس للفترة المقبلة؛

He noted that his delegation had joined the consensus as a sign of Afghanistan's strong commitment to the work of the Paris Pact initiative and of Afghanistan's appreciation for the support of the initiative, through the partner countries.
