1. Data and information submitted or transferred to the Authority or to any person participating in any activity or programme of the Authority pursuant to these Regulations or a contract issued under these Regulations, and designated by the contractor, in consultation with the Secretary-General, as being of a confidential nature, shall be considered confidential unless it is data and information which:

فهناك قيم وقواعد معينة تكتسب سلطةً عندما تأتي تطورات سياسية اقتصادية واجتماعية بمؤيِّديها إلى السلطة أو إلى مواقع النفوذ.

(b) If the law or regulations of the place of delivery require the carrier to hand over the goods to an authority or other third party from which the consignee may collect them, the period of responsibility of the carrier ends when the carrier hands the goods over to the Authority or other third party.
(ب) إذا كان قانون مكان التسليم أو لوائحه تقضي بأن يسلّم الناقل البضاعة إلى سلطة ما أو إلى طرف ثالث آخر يمكن للمرسل إليه أن يتسلّم البضاعة منه، تنتهي مدة التزام الناقل عندما يُسلِّم البضاعة إلى السلطة أو الطرف الثالث الآخر.
