5. Requests the Adaptation Fund Board to report to the Subsidiary Body for Implementation at its thirty-eighth session on the status of resources of the Fund, trends in the flow of resources and any identifiable causes of these trends;
5- يطلب إلى مجلس صندوق التكيف أن يقدم تقريراً إلى الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ في دورتها الثامنة والثلاثين عن حالة موارد الصندوق والاتجاهات في تدفق الموارد وأية أسباب يمكن تحديدها لهذه الاتجاهات؛

1. Requests the Adaptation Fund Board to submit to the secretariat, as soon as possible after its first meeting in March 2012, its views on the report on the review of the interim arrangements of the Adaptation Fund for inclusion in an information document;
1- يطلب إلى مجلس صندوق التكيف أن يقدم إلى الأمانة في أقرب أجل ممكن بعد جلسته الأولى في آذار/مارس 2012، آراءه بشأن التقرير المتعلق باستعراض الترتيبات المؤقتة لصندوق التكيف لإدراجها في وثيقة معلومات؛

Decides that secretariat services shall be provided to the Adaptation Fund Board in order to support and facilitate its activities, that a dedicated team of officials shall be identified to render secretariat services to the Adaptation Fund Board in a functionally independent and effective manner and that the head of the secretariat responsible for rendering the services shall be accountable to the Adaptation Fund Board;
18- يقرر أن تقدم خدمات الأمانة إلى مجلس صندوق التكيف بغية دعم وتيسير أنشطته، وأن يخصص فريق من الموظفين لتقديم خدمات الأمانة إلى مجلس صندوق التكيف بأسلوب مستقل وفعال من الناحية العملية وأن يكون رئيس الأمانة المسؤولة عن تقديم الخدمات مسؤولاً أمام مجلس صندوق التكيف؛

Providing advice and guidance to the newly established Adaptation Fund Board and the Adaptation Fund secretariat on the privileges and immunities accorded to members and alternate members of the Adaptation Fund Board for their official functions.

10. Also requests the Adaptation Fund Board to develop and approve the legal arrangements with the trustee regarding the services for the 2 per cent share of proceeds referred to in paragraph 8 above for approval by the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol;
