This requirement permits the tracking of all scheduled substances for the purpose of reporting on ozone-depleting substances under Article 7 of the Montreal Protocol and for reporting on emissions of SGGs under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and its Kyoto Protocol.
ويسمح هذا الاشتراط بتتبُّع جميع المواد المُدرجة في القوائم لغرض الإبلاغ بشأن المواد المستنفدة للأوزون بموجب المادة 7 من بروتوكول مونتريال وللإبلاغ بشأن انبعاثات غازات الاحتباس الحراري الاصطناعية بموجب اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة الإطارية بشأن تغيُّر المناخ وبروتوكول كيوتو الملحق بها.

Each Party to this Amendment shall continue to apply the provisions of the UNFCCC and its Kyoto Protocol identified above to hydrofluorocarbons as long as those provisions, respectively, remain in force with respect to such Party.
وعلى كل طرف في هذا التعديل أن يواصل تطبيق أحكام اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة الإطارية بشأن تغيُّر المناخ وبروتوكول كيوتو المشار إليها أعلاه على مركّبات الكربون الهيدروفلورية طالما ظلّت هذه الأحكام سارية فيما يتعلق بالطرف المعني.
