At its thirty-ninth meeting, the Implementation Committee recalled this recommendation and, by recommendation 39/14, urged the Federated States of Micronesia to submit to the Ozone Secretariat the information requested in recommendation 38/17 no later than 29 February 2008.
وأشارت لجنة التنفيذ بالذكر في اجتماعها التاسع والثلاثين إلى هذه التوصية، وحثت ولايات ميكرونيزيا الموحدة، بمقتضى التوصية 39/14، بأن تقدم إلى أمانة الأوزون المعلومات المطلوبة في التوصية 38/17 في موعد غايته 29 شباط/فبراير 2008.

To request Equatorial Guinea to make its best efforts to submit its base-year and baseline data for the Annex A, group I, controlled substances (CFCs) of the Protocol prior to the thirty-ninth meeting of the Committee and, if possible, by 2 September 2007, in order that the Committee might assess the Party's compliance with the Protocol at its thirtyninth meeting.

They were requested to submit to the Ozone Secretariat as soon as possible and no later than 1 August 2007 written confirmation that they had established and commenced operation of licensing systems in accordance with Article 4B of the Protocol, for consideration by the Committee at its thirty-ninth meeting.

The Committee's recommendations will not be finalized until after its thirty-ninth meeting (12 - 14 September 2007); they are expected to be distributed to the preparatory segment on the second day of the meeting to enable the preparatory segment to consider the related issues and make recommendations to the Nineteenth Meeting of the Parties as appropriate.

(أ) تذكّر بوليفيا بأن تزوّد أمانة الأوزون، عملاً بالفقرة 3 من المادة 7 من البروتوكول، ببياناتها عن عام 2006، ويُفضَّل أن يتم ذلك في موعد أقصاه 1 آب/أغسطس 2007 لكي تتمكن اللجنة في اجتماعها التاسع والثلاثين من تقييم امتثال الطرف للتدابير المنصوص عليها في البروتوكول بشأن استهلاك رابع كلوريد الكربون؛

(c) To note that Guatemala had presented in accordance with recommendation 37/16 a report on its commitment contained in decision XV/34 to ban by 2005 imports of equipment that uses ozone-depleting substances for consideration by the Committee at its thirty-ninth meeting.
(ج) تلاحظ أن غواتيمالا قد قدمت، وفقاً للتوصية 37/16، تقريراً عن التزامها الوارد في المقرر 15/34 بفرض حظر بحلول عام 2005 على الواردات من المعدات التي تستخدم المواد المستنفدة للأوزون لكي تنظر فيه اللجنة في اجتماعها التاسع والثلاثين.

(b) To remind Paraguay to submit its data for the year 2006 in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 7 of the Protocol, preferably no later than 1 August 2007, in order that the Committee at its thirty-ninth meeting might assess the Party's compliance with the Protocol's control measures in 2006;
(ب) تذكّر باراغواي بأن تقدّم، عملاً بالفقرة 3 من المادة 7 من البروتوكول، بياناتها عن عام 2006، ويُفضَّل أن يتم ذلك في موعد أقصاه 1 آب/أغسطس 2007 لكي تتمكن اللجنة في اجتماعها التاسع والثلاثين من تقييم امتثال الطرف في عام 2006 للتدابير الرقابية المنصوص عليها في البروتوكول؛

In October 2005, the Executive Committee also requested UNHCR to begin the necessary preparatory work to revise its Financial Rules for preliminary consideration at the thirty-ninth meeting of the Standing Committee in July 2007, prior to submission to the ACABQ for comment, and endorsement by the Executive Committee at its 58th session.
64- طلبت اللجنة التنفيذية من المفوضية في تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2005 أن تبدأ أيضاً في الأعمال التحضيرية اللازمة لتنقيح قواعدها المالية للنظر المبدئي فيها في اللجنة الدائمة في اجتماعها التاسع والثلاثين في تموز/يوليه 2007، قبل إحالتها إلى اللجنة الاستشارية لشؤون الإدارة والميزانية للتعليق عليها وإقرارها من اللجنة التنفيذية في دورتها الثامنة والخمسين.
