As requested by the Open-ended Working Group at its first session, the draft technical guidelines on the recycling/reclamation of metals and metal compounds (R4) prepared by Australia were placed on the web site for comments until 31 July 2003.

Attached are the draft technical guidelines on the environmentally sound recycling/reclamation of metals and metal compounds (R4) submitted by Australia in February 2003 to the Open-ended Working Group at its first session (UNEP/CHW/OEWG/1/INF/10), now further edited by Conference Services of the United Nations Office at Nairobi for consideration by the Open-ended Working Group at its current session.
يوجد طي هذا مشروع المبادئ التوجيهية التقنية بشأن إعادة التدوير/استخلاص الفلزات والمركبات الفلزية (R4) بصورة سليمة بيئياً والمقدمة من أستراليا في شباط/فبراير 2003 إلى الفريق العامل مفتوح العضوية في دورته الأولى (UNEP/CHW/OEWG/1/INF/10)، التي يجري الآن مواصلة تحريرها بواسطة إدارة المؤتمرات لدى مكتب الأمم المتحدة في نيروبي وذلك لكي يبحثها الفريق العامل مفتوح العضوية في دورته الحالية.
