This commitment was further strengthened by the outcomes of the 1995 Review and Extension Conference and the 2000 Review Conference.

At the same time, the outcome of the 1995 Review and Extension Conference of the Treaty represents an integrated whole, the credibility of which would be compromised if any of its components were not complied with.

8. Achieving the universality of the Treaty is a fundamental condition for its effectiveness and credibility. That universal adherence to the Treaty has yet to be achieved affirms the importance of the full implementation of the outcomes of the 1995 Review and Extension Conference and of the 2000 Review Conference, in particular the resolution on the Middle East.
8 - إن تحقيق عالمية معاهدة عدم انتشار الأسلحة النووية يعد شرطا أساسيا لفاعليتها ومصداقيتها، ويأتي استمرار غياب تحقيق تلك العالمية ليؤكد أولوية التنفيذ الكامل لنتائج مؤتمر استعراض المعاهدة وتمديدها عام 1995 ومؤتمر الاستعراض لعام 2000 في هذا الشأن، وبالأخص فيما يتعلق بالشرق الأوسط.

In this context, States parties underlined the necessity of implementation of Decisions 1 and 2 and the Resolution on the Middle East adopted by the 1995 Extension and Review Conference, the Final Document adopted by the 2000 Review Conference, and the conclusions and recommendations for follow-on actions adopted at the 2010 Review Conference.
3 - وفي هذا السياق، أكدت الدول الأطراف على ضرورة تنفيذ المقررين 1 و 2 والقرار المتعلق بالشرق الأوسط الذي اتخذه مؤتمر استعراض المعاهدة وتمديدها في عام 1995، والوثيقة الختامية التي اعتمدها مؤتمر الاستعراض لعام 2000، والاستنتاجات والتوصيات المتعلقة بإجراءات المتابعة التي اعتمدت في مؤتمر الاستعراض لعام 2010.

The review and extension of the Treaty must be consistent with objective reality and the basic expectations of Member States.

We have made clear in these sessions that the 1995 Conference should be a single conference with the mandate to review and extend the Treaty.
