١١ - يقرر كذلك أن تقوم الدول بإخطار اللجنة المنشأة بموجب القرار ٩١٨ )١٩٩٤( بجميع صادرات اﻷسلحة أو اﻷعتدة ذات الصلة من أراضيها الى رواندا، وأن تقوم حكومة رواندا بوسم وتسجيل كافة وارداتها من اﻷسلحة واﻷعتدة ذات الصلة وبإخطار اللجنة بذلك، وأن تقوم اللجنة بإبلاغ المجلس بانتظام باﻹخطارات التي تتلقاها في هذا الشأن؛

55. Regulation 13E prohibits the export of goods listed in the DSGL without the permission of the Minister for Defence or his delegate, while Regulation 13CI prohibits the export to Afghanistan of arms or related materiel not listed in the DSGL without the permission of the Minister for Foreign Affairs.
