Requests the Executive Director, in accordance with decision I/4, to enter into a collaborative partnership with the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization, the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations and the United Nations Development Programme, for consideration by the Platform plenary, in order to enter into an institutional link with the Platform and its secretariat.
