(d) Ensure that all medical examinations of prisoners are conducted out of the hearing and, whenever the security situation allows, out of the sight of prison officers, and that medical records are made available to the prisoner concerned and his lawyer upon request; and
(د) ضمان إجراء جميع الفحوص الطبية على السجناء بعيداً عن مسامع موظفي السجن، وكلما سمحت الحالة الأمنية بذلك، بعيداً عن أنظارهم وضمان إقامة الاطلاع على السجلات الطبية للسجين المعني ولمحاميه عند الطلب؛

٦- في حال وقوع أي هلاك أو تلف فعلي أو وجود تخوّف من وقوعه، يوفِّر كلُّ طرف في النـزاع للأطراف الأخرى جميع التسهيلات المعقولة من أجل تفقّد البضاعة ومطابقتها مع بيانات الشحن، ويتيح لها الاطلاع على السجلات والمستندات المتصلة بنقل البضاعة.
