وإن الاعلان المتعلق بالتعاون الاقتصادي الدولي الذي اعتمدته الجمعية العامة في دورتها الاستثنائية الثامنة عشرة قد طلب تخصيص موارد بشروط تساهلية الى البلدان النامية بقصد اتاحة المجال لها لرفع تحديات التسعينات.

4. Mr. BELLA (Slovakia) said that Slovakia fully supported the Declaration on International Economic Cooperation and the goals of the International Development Strategy for the Fourth United Nations Development Decade.
٤ - السيد بيلا )سلوفاكيا(: قال إن سلوفاكيا تؤيد تأييدا تاما الاعلان المتعلق بالتعاون الاقتصادي الدولي وأهداف الاستراتيجية اﻹنمائية الدولية لعقد اﻷمم المتحدة اﻹنمائي الرابع.

40. He agreed with the representative of China that the organic linkage between the Declaration on International Economic Cooperation, the International Development Strategy and the agenda for development must be promoted, and suggested that in future, the Declaration and the Strategy should be considered under the item concerning the agenda for development.
٤٠ - وقال انه يوافق ممثل الصين على أنه يجب تشجيع الرابطة العضوية بين الاعلان المتعلق بالتعاون الاقتصادي الدولي والاستراتيجية الانمائية الدولية والخطة المسماة " خطة للتنمية " ، واقترح النظر في الاعلان والاستراتيجية مستقبلا في اطار البند المتعلق بالخطة المسماة " خطة للتنمية " .

23. Mr. YUSUF (Bangladesh) said that, in the four years since the adoption of the Declaration on International Economic Cooperation and the International Development Strategy for the Fourth United Nations Development Decade, the world had experienced major changes in the political and economic fields.
٢٣ - السيد يوسف )بنغلاديش(: قال ان العالم مر بتغييرات رئيسية في الميدانين السياسي والاقتصادي في السنوات اﻷربع التي انقضت على اعتماد الاعلان المتعلق بالتعاون الاقتصادي الدولي والاستراتيجية الانمائية الدولية لعقد اﻷمم المتحدة الانمائي الرابع.

41. Mr. NAADJIE (Ghana) said that the Declaration on International Economic Cooperation and the International Development Strategy for the Fourth United Nations Development Decade had been adopted in the belief that growth and development in the global economy would engender a maximum increase in benefits to all countries.
٤١ - السيد نادجي )غانا(: ذكر أن الاعلان المتعلق بالتعاون الاقتصادي الدولي والاستراتيجية الانمائية الدولية لعقد اﻷمم المتحدة الانمائي الرابع إنما اعتمدا إيمانا بأن نمو الاقتصاد العالمي وتنميته سيولدان زيادة قصوى في المنافع بالنسبة الى جميع البلدان.
