12. Urges all States and relevant organizations to give immediate and serious consideration to the recommendations of the Special Rapporteur in his reports, in particular the recommendation for the provision of the continuation of necessary medical and psychological care of victims of rape within the framework of programmes to rehabilitate women and children traumatized by war;
١٢ - تحث جميع الدول والمنظمات ذات الصلة على أن تولي فورا عناية جادة لتوصيات المقرر الخاص الواردة في تقاريره، ولا سيما التوصية بتوفير الاعتمادات اللازمة للاستمرار في تقديم الرعاية الطبية والنفسية اللازمة الى ضحايا الاغتصاب في إطار البرامج الرامية الى إعادة تأهيل النساء واﻷطفال الذين آذتهم الحرب؛

This definition is wide enough to include the offence of rape within a marriage; any alternative view would be unreasonable.

The Committee is also concerned that the Sexual Offences Act, 2009 protects against marital rape only in certain circumstances and that rape within a marriage is not always criminalized.
