After mainstreaming the Istanbul Programme of Action into relevant planning documents for the least developed countries, efficient implementation, follow-up and monitoring at the national level is needed to achieve the specific objective of enabling half of the least developed countries to meet the criteria for graduation by 2020.
99 - بعد تعميم مراعاة برنامج عمل اسطنبول في وثائق التخطيط ذات الصلة بأقل البلدان نموا، تبرز الحاجة إلى توخي الكفاءة في التنفيذ والمتابعة والرصد على الصعيد الوطني بغية تحقيق الهدف المحدد المتمثل في تمكين نصف أقل البلدان نموا من استيفاء معايير الخروج من تلك الفئة بحلول عام 2020.

12. Guided by the overarching goal, national policies of least developed countries and international support measures during the decade will focus on the following specific objectives with the aim of enabling half the number of least developed countries to meet the criteria for graduation by 2020:
12 - واسترشادا بالهدف الشامل، ستركز السياسات الوطنية لأقل البلدان نموا وتدابير الدعم الدولي خلال العقد على الأهداف المحددة التالية بغية تمكين نصف عدد أقل البلدان نموا من استيفاء معايير الخروج من تلك الفئة بحلول عام 2020:

We further underline the critical need to realize expeditiously a renewed and strengthened global partnership for the least developed countries in order to overcome their structural challenges, eradicate poverty, achieve internationally agreed development goals and enable half the number of least developed countries to meet the criteria for graduation from the category by 2020.
ونشدد كذلك على الحاجة الماسة إلى الوفاء على وجه السرعة بالشراكة العالمية المجدَّدة والمعزَّزة من أجل أقل البلدان نمواً بهدف التغلب على التحديات الهيكلية التي تواجهها هذه البلدان، والقضاء على الفقر، وتحقيق الأهداف الإنمائية المتفق عليها دوليا، وتمكين النصف من مجموع أقل البلدان نموا من استيفاء معايير الخروج من هذه الفئة بحلول عام 2020.

54. Mr. Bahattarai (Nepal), speaking on behalf of the Group of Least Developed Countries, welcomed the adoption of the draft resolution by consensus and called on all States that had not yet done so to integrate the Programme of Action into their policies with the aim of enabling half of the least developed countries to meet the criteria for graduation by 2020.

28. Recognizes that the activities relating to least developed countries carried out within the Secretariat need to be further coordinated and consolidated in order to ensure effective monitoring and follow-up of the Istanbul Programme of Action led by the Office of the High Representative and to provide well-coordinated support for realizing the goal of enabling half of the least developed countries to meet the criteria for graduation by 2020;
