Following the agreement on final security arrangements, signed on 20 November 2013, the Government of the Sudan and LJM agreed, at a meeting of the Joint Commission held on 25 February, to integrate three LJM battalions into the Sudan Armed Forces and Police.
فبعد الاتفاق على الترتيبات الأمنية النهائية الموقعة يوم 20 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2013، اتفقت حكومة السودان وحركة التحرير والعدالة، في اجتماع للجنة المشتركة عقد في 25 شباط/فبراير، على ضم ثلاث كتائب من حركة التحرير والعدالة إلى صفوف القوات المسلحة وقوات الشرطة السودانية.

The Operation, working through the Joint Commission, will encourage the signatory parties to commence the verification exercise regarding the forces of the Justice and Equality Movement and to proceed to the implementation of final security arrangements of the Doha Document for Peace in Darfur and integration of both Liberation and Justice Movement and Justice and Equality Movement-Sudan combatants into the Sudan Armed Forces.
وستشجع العملية، بالعمل من خلال اللجنة المشتركة، الأطراف الموقعة على بدء عملية التحقق المتعلقة بقوات حركة العدل والمساواة والشروع في تنفيذ الترتيبات الأمنية النهائية الواردة في وثيقة الدوحة، وإدماج المقاتلين التابعين لكل من حركة التحرير والعدالة وحركة العدل والمساواة السودانية في القوات المسلحة السودانية.

Subsequent to the emergency meetings held on 25 April, between the First Vice-President of the Sudan, Ali Osman Taha, and the LJM/Darfur Regional Authority Chair, El Tigani Seisi, the parties announced the resolution of their differences, given the commitment by the Government to review the expulsion of the International Republican Institute and to take appropriate steps to address the implementation of the final security arrangements.
وعقب اجتماعات طارئة عقدت في 25 نيسان/أبريل، بين النائب الأول لرئيس السودان، علي عثمان طه، ورئيس حركة العدل والمساواة/سلطة دارفور الإقليمية التيجاني سيسي، أعلن الطرفان تسوية الخلافات بينهما بالنظر إلى التزام الحكومة بإعادة النظر في طرد المعهد، وباتخاذ الخطوات المناسبة لمعالجة تنفيذ الترتيبات الأمنية النهائية.
