Implementation of the FAO International Plan of Action for the Management of Fishing Capacity, for which a target date of 2005 was agreed to in the Plan of Implementation of the World Summit on Sustainable Development, is far from complete.
كما أن تنفيذ خطة العمل الدولية لإدارة قدرات الصيد التي وضعتها منظمة الأغذية والزراعة، والتي اتفق على تاريخ مستهدف لها هو سنة 2005 في خطة التنفيذ التي اعتمدها مؤتمر القمة العالمي للتنمية المستدامة، لا يزال بعيدا عن التحقيق.
