The development of an integrated management information system for the United Nations was approved by the General Assembly in section XII of its resolution 43/217 of 21 December 1988.

2. In section XII of its resolution 43/217 of 21 December 1988, the General Assembly approved the development of an integrated system for the processing and reporting of administrative activities at all major duty stations of the Organization.

24. Paragraph 69 of the performance report indicates that the General Assembly, in paragraph 4 of section XII of its resolution 63/263, requested the Secretary-General to compare the recosting methodologies used by other international organizations with that used by the Secretariat and to report thereon in the context of the second performance report on the programme budget for the biennium 2008-2009.

In section XII of its resolution 60/248, the Assembly decided to provide UNITAR with the amount of 242,400 dollars, being the equivalent of the amount of rental, maintenance and other administrative costs associated with conducting the core training programme for the biennium 2006-2007.
وفي الجزء الثاني عشر من قرارها 60/248، قررت الجمعية العامة تزويد اليونيتار " بمبلغ 400 242 دولار، الذي يعادل تكاليف الإيجار والصيانة والتكاليف الإدارية الأخرى المرتبطة بإجراء برنامج التدريب الأساسي لفترة السنتين 2006- 2007 " .
