Each State party shall take such measures as may be necessary to establish its jurisdiction over the offences referred to in article 4 in the following cases:

Those States have conferred on the ICC jurisdiction to prosecute those crimes referred to in article 5 of the Statute.

1. Each State party shall take such measures as may be necessary to establish its jurisdiction over the offences set forth in article 1 bis when:

15. Article 6 deals with the exercise of jurisdiction by the State party, particularly the issues concerning the investigation of a person who is in the territory and is alleged to have committed any offence referred to in article 4.

The Court may exercise its jurisdiction with respect to a crime referred to in article 5 in accordance with the provisions of this Statute if:

Measures to prohibit access into their territories of persons, groups and organizations that knowingly encourage, instigate, organize or engage in the commission of offences as set forth in article 2;

The Plurinational State of Bolivia has established its jurisdiction over most of the offences referred to in article 42, although not over corruption offences committed by or against a Bolivian national.
تُخضع دولة بوليفيا المتعدِّدة القوميات معظم الجرائم المشار إليها في المادة 42 لولايتها القضائية، لكنَّ هذه الولاية القضائية لا تشمل جرائم الفساد التي يرتكبها أحد مواطني بوليفيا أو التي تُرتكَب ضدَّه.

5. Any person regarding whom proceedings are brought in connection with any of the offences referred to in article 19 shall be guaranteed fair treatment at all stages of the proceedings.

The State party should consider establishing its jurisdiction over the offences referred to in article 4 of the Convention in all cases listed in article 5 of the Convention, including when the victim is a national of the State party.

The following shall be applicable to the prosecution and punishment of the crimes referred to in article 1, subject to the provisions of this Statute:

States Parties shall cooperate in the prevention of the offences set forth in article 2, including:

[2. A State that is not a Party to this Statute may, by declaration lodged with the Registrar, accept the obligation to cooperate with the Court with respect to the prosecution of any crime referred to in article 5.
٢ - للدولة التي ليست طرفا في هذا النظام اﻷساسي أن تقبل، بإعلان تودعه لدى المسجل، الالتزام بالتعاون مع المحكمة فيما يتعلق بالمقاضاة على أي من الجرائم المشار إليها في المادة ٥.

3. “Proceeds” means any funds derived from or obtained, directly or indirectly, through the commission of an offence set forth in article 2.
٣ - ويقصد بتعبير " العائدات " أي أموال تنشأ أو تُحصل، بصورة مباشرة أو غير مباشرة، من ارتكاب جريمة من الجرائم المشار إليها في المادة ٢.
