Low income citizens entitled to legal assistance are those whose annual income does not exceed two thirds of the lowest annual individual earnings, as defined in the General National Collective Labour Agreement.

٦٠١ - وينص التوجيه ٢٩/٥٨ لسنة ٢٩٩١ على تنفيذ تدابير ترمي الى حماية صحة وسلامة المرأة التي تعمل خلال فترات الحمل والنفاس والارضاع الطبيعي )تعديل القانون اليوناني بموجب القوانين ٨٦٥١/٥٨ و ٣٨٤١/٤٨ وعقد العمل الجماعي الوطني لسنة ٣٩٩١ الخ(.

36. According to Chapter 2, section 7, of the Employment Contracts Act, the employer shall observe at least the provisions of a National Collective agreement considered representative in the sector in question (generally applicable collective agreement) on the terms and working conditions of the employment relationship that concern the work the employee performs or nearest comparable work.
36- وحسب المادة 7 من الفصل 2 من قانون عقود العمل، يجب على رب العمل أن يتقيد على الأقل بأحكام الاتفاق الجماعي الوطني الذي يعتبر نموذجياً بالنسبة للقطاع المعني (الاتفاق الجماعي العام التطبيق) بشأن شروط وظروف العمل وعلاقة العمل التي تتعلق بالعمل الذي يزاوله الموظف أو أقرب عمل مماثل.

Furthermore, amendment No. 18 of 13 May 1981 to the National Collective Labour Agreement raises this allowance to 90 per cent for persons who have worked in an enterprise for two years, and provides that the payment periods shall be extended by 10 days per block of five years, with the proviso that no one period shall exceed 90 days.

74. Law 3846/2010 has covered the above-mentioned annex to the National General Collective Labour Agreement.

The report further indicates (para. 232) that in the framework of developing new forms of employment organization, social partners have annexed to the 2008 - 2009 National General Collective Labour Contract a framework agreement on teleworking, the promotion of which is anticipated to contribute to the harmonization of family and professional life and the strengthening of women's employability.
ويذكر التقرير أيضاً (الفقرة 232) أن الشركاء الاجتماعيين اتفقوا، في إطار استحداث أشكال جديدة من تنظيم العمل، على أن يلحقوا بعقد العمل الجماعي الوطني للفترة 2008-2009 اتفاقاً إطارياً بشأن العمل عن بُعد الذي يتوقع أن يسهم، في حال الترويج له، في التوفيق بين الحياة الأسرية والمهنية وتعزيز إمكانية توظيف المرأة.
