In accordance with General Assembly resolution 54/240 A of 23 December 1999, the report of the Expert Group (A/54/634) and the note by the Secretary-General transmitting the comments and observations of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda and of the Secretary-General thereon, were submitted to the General Assembly through the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions (A/54/850).
