The Member States, to ensure that this decision is fully effective, must see to it that this review is no longer merely an opportunity for a string of general statements but, rather, produces recommendations that will provide fuel for thought for the later work of the Council or be useful to the Bureau for purposes of follow-up.

5- تحثّ الدول الأعضاء أن تكفل وجود آليات لجمع معلومات عن الزيوت الغنية بالسافرول، وأن تستخدم الاستمارة دال لتزويد الهيئة الدولية لمراقبة المخدرات بمعلومات عن التجارة المشروعة بتلك الزيوت والاتجار غير المشروع بها؛

8. Requests Member States to ensure that the best possible systems of education are in place, including through the allocation of sufficient resources, the appropriate adaptation of curricula and training of teachers, the implementation of risk assessments, disaster preparedness programmes in schools, the legal framework for protection, and health and basic social services, so as to withstand emergencies;
8 - تطلب إلى الدول الأعضاء أن تكفل إقامة أفضل نظم التعليم الممكنة، بسبل منها تخصيص الموارد الكافية وتكييف المناهج الدراسية وتدريب المعلمين وتنفيذ برامج تقييم المخاطر والتأهب للكوارث في المدارس وتنفيذ الإطار القانوني للحماية وتوفير الخدمات الصحية والاجتماعية الأساسية، بما يسمح بمواجهة حالات الطوارئ؛

51. Mr. Ahmad (Pakistan) said that it was incumbent on the Member States to ensure the timely and efficient provision of adequate resources to the Scientific Committee to enable it to carry out its mandate.
