7. During the sixty-eighth session of the General Assembly, Mongolia consulted with the five nuclear-weapon States on its proposal to reflect, in a resolution of the General Assembly, the essence of the joint declaration.
7 - وخلال الدورة الثامنة والستين للجمعية العامة، تشاورت منغوليا مع الدول الخمس الحائزة للأسلحة النووية بشأن مقترحها الداعي إلى أن يتضمن قرار للجمعية العامة جوهر الإعلان المشترك.

5. To this end, ASEAN has been holding direct consultations with the five nuclear weapon States on their terms of accession to the protocol, which lays down their commitments under the Treaty.
5 - وبغية تحقيق هذه الغاية، تجري الرابطة مشاورات مباشرة مع الدول الخمس الحائزة للأسلحة النووية بشأن شروطها للانضمام إلى البروتوكول، الذي يؤكد على التزامات تلك الدول بموجب المعاهدة.

" 3 - تدعو جميع دول منطقة وسط آسيا الخمس إلى مواصلة التشاور مع الدول الخمس الحائزة للأسلحة النووية بشأن مشروع المعاهدة والبروتوكول الملحق بها لإنشاء منطقة خالية من الأسلحة النووية في وسط آسيا، وفقا للمبادئ التوجيهية المتفق عليها التي اعتمدتها هيئة نزع السلاح عام 1999 فيما يتعلق بإنشاء مناطق خالية من الأسلحة النووية " ؛

(b) The Moscow declaration of 8 December 2006 ( " The Russian Federation reaffirms its commitment to the joint statement of the five nuclear-weapon States on security assurances in connection with Mongolia's nuclear-weapon-free status, and considers that, in addition to contributing to strengthening the nuclear nonproliferation regime, this status is an important confidence-building measure in North-East Asia and beyond. " );
(ب) بيان موسكو المؤرخ 8 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2006 ( " يؤكد الاتحاد الروسي من جديد على التزامه بالبيان المشترك الصادر عن الدول الخمس الحائزة للأسلحة النووية بشأن الضمانات الأمنية المقدمة فيما يتعلق بمركز منغوليا كدولة خالية من الأسلحة النووية، ويرى أن هذا المركز، إضافة إلى الإسهام في تعزيز نظام عدم الانتشار النووي، يعد من التدابير المهمة لبناء الثقة في منطقة شمال شرق آسيا وما وراءها " ).

3 - تدعو جميع دول منطقة وسط آسيا الخمس إلى مواصلة التشاور مع الدول الخمس الحائزة للأسلحة النووية بشأن مشروع المعاهدة والبروتوكول الملحق بها لإنشاء منطقة خالية من الأسلحة النووية في وسط آسيا، وفقا للمبادئ التوجيهية المتفق عليها التي اعتمدتها هيئة نزع الســـلاح عام 1999 فيما يتعلق بإنشاء مناطق خالية من الأسلحة النووية(5)؛
