Despite various resolutions of the Commission on Human Rights, the Economic and Social Council and the General Assembly inviting States Members to make one-time contributions for the establishment of the database, as of 1 July 1996, only US$ 111,643 have been received of the total 1990 estimated cost, US$ 508,500.
ورغم تعدد قرارات لجنة حقوق اﻹنسان والمجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والجمعية العامة التي تدعو الدول اﻷعضاء الى تقديم مساهمات لمرة واحدة من أجل إنشاء قاعدة البيانات تلك، لم يتجاوز المبلغ المحصل حتى ١ تموز/يوليه ١٩٩٦ أكثر من ٦٤٣ ١١١ دولارا من مجموع التكلفة التقديرية في عام ١٩٩٠ وقدرهـا ٥٠٠ ٥٠٨ دولار.

167. As Member States would be invited to prepare national papers for UNISPACE III, the Committee recommended that the Secretariat should postpone inviting Member States to submit annual reports on their space activities until 2000.
٧٦١ - ونظرا الى أن الدول اﻷعضاء ستدعى الى إعداد ورقات وطنية لليونيسبيس الثالث، أوصت اللجنة بأن ترجئ اﻷمانة دعوة الدول اﻷعضاء الى تقديم التقارير السنوية عن أنشطتها الفضائية حتى عام ٠٠٠٢.

١٦٧ - وأوصت اللجنة بأن تدعو اﻷمانة العامة الدول اﻷعضاء الى تقديم تقارير سنوية عن أنشطتها الفضائية.

In addition, the Secretary-General, in his note verbale, drew the attention of Governments to the recommendation, endorsed by the Committee, that the Secretariat should invite Member States to submit annual reports on their space activities.
٥ - وعلاوة على ذلك ، استرعى اﻷمين العام في مذكرته الشفوية انتباه الحكومات الى التوصية التي أقرتها اللجنة بأن تدعو اﻷمانة الدول اﻷعضاء الى تقديم تقارير سنوية عن أنشطتها الفضائية .

In that resolution the General Assembly invited Member States to submit their views on the question of the implementation of the Declaration on the Strengthening of International Security, particularly in the light of recent positive developments in the global political and security climate, and requested the Secretary-General to submit a report to the Assembly at its fiftieth session on the basis of the replies received.

81. Invites Member States to submit further observations and suggestions on peace-keeping operations to the Secretary-General by 1 March 1994, outlining practical proposals on specific items in order to allow for more detailed consideration by the Special Committee;
٨١ - تدعو الدول اﻷعضاء الى تقديم مزيد من الملاحظات والاقتراحات بشأن عمليات حفظ السلم الى اﻷمين العام بحلول ١ آذار/مارس ١٩٩٤، تجمل فيها مقترحات عملية بشأن بنود محددة كي يتسنى للجنة الخاصة النظر فيها بمزيد من التفصيل؛

13. At the level of operational principles, the Secretary-General, in accordance with General Assembly resolution 45/150, invited Member States to submit their views concerning suitable approaches that would permit the Organization to respond to requests from Member States for electoral assistance.
