Debt-relief measures have been undertaken by creditor countries both within the framework of the Paris Club and through the cancellation of debts and equivalent relief of bilateral official debt.
فقد عمدت البلدان الدائنة إلى اتخاذ تدابير لتخفيف عبء الديون، سواء في إطار نادي باريس أو من خلال إلغاء هذه الديون وتخفيف عبء الديون الرسمية الثنائية بدرجة مناظرة.
