The Conference adopted a report on the application by Myanmar of the 1930 Forced Labour Convention (No. 29), further to the resolution adopted by the International Labour Conference at its eighty-eighth session (2000), concerning the application of article 33 of the Constitution of the ILO.
وقد اعتمد المؤتمر تقريراً عن تطبيق ميانمار لاتفاقية العمل الجبري لعام 1930 (رقم 29)، وذلك عقب القرار الذي اعتمده مؤتمر العمل الدولي في دورته الثامنة والثمانين لعام 2000 بشأن تطبيق المادة 33 من دستور منظمة العمل الدولية.

The Minimum Age Convention (No. 138, 1973) was the fundamental international standard on child labour and was covered by the Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work adopted by the International Labour Conference in June 1998, which committed all members to promote the fundamental rights of children through the abolition of child labour.
وأوضح أن اتفاقية السن اﻷدنى )رقم ١٣٨، لعام ١٩٧٣( تشكل المعيار الدولي اﻷساسي لعمل اﻷطفال وهي مشمولة بإعلان المبادئ والحقوق اﻷساسية في العمل الذي اعتمده مؤتمر العمل الدولي في حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٨، والذي يلزم جميع الدول بتعزيز الحقوق اﻷساسية للطفل من خلال حظر عمل اﻷطفال.

The Global Jobs Pact adopted by the International Labour Conference in 2009 and endorsed by the United Nations System Chief Executives Board for Coordination urges " the international community to provide development assistance, including budgetary support, to build up a social protection floor on a national basis " .
