In view of the need to handle a large volume of correspondence processed by the Office of the Chief of Mission Support, it is also proposed to redeploy to the Office one national General Service post (Mail Assistant) from the former General Services Section. The incumbent of the post would be responsible for the handling, distribution and filing of all incoming and outgoing mail and documents.
