21 - لا تتحمل الأمم المتحدة أية مسؤولية عن تسديد تكاليف الفقد أو التلف إذا كان ذلك ناجماً عن سوء تصرف أو إهمال متعمَّد من جانب أفراد البلد المساهم بالقوات/بالشرطة يحدِّده مجلس للتحقيق يعقده موظف في الأمم المتحدة مأذون له على النحو الواجب ويكون تقرير المجلس قد اعتمده موظف الأمم المتحدة المسؤول.
