(nn) Decides that a final decision regarding the joint services referred to in the preceding subparagraph shall be taken at the extraordinary meetings of the Conferences of the Parties to the Basel, Rotterdam and Stockholm Conventions referred to in subparagraph rr below;
(ن ن) يقرر أن القرار النهائي فيما يتعلق بالخدمات المشتركة المشار إليها في الفقرة الفرعية السابقة سوف يتخذ في الاجتماعات الاستثنائية لمؤتمرات الأطراف في اتفاقيات بازل وروتردام واستكهولم المشار إليها في الفقرة الفرعية (ص ص)؛

(ss) Requests the Executive Secretaries of the Basel, Rotterdam and Stockholm Conventions, in consultation with the Executive Director of the United Nations Environment Programme and the Director General of the Food and Agriculture Organization, to prepare proposals for the extraordinary meetings referred to in the preceding subparagraph on:
(ق ق) يطلب من الأمناء التنفيذيين لاتفاقيات بازل وروتردام واستكهولم، بالتشاور مع المدير التنفيذي لبرنامج الأمم المتحدة للبيئة والمدير العام لمنظمة الأمم المتحدة للأغذية والزراعة، إعداد مقترحات بشأن الاجتماعات الاستثنائية المشار إليها في الفقرة الفرعية السابقة عن:

(b) If, in cases not within the preceding subparagraph, the contract relates to specific goods, or unidentified goods to be drawn from a specific stock or to be manufactured or produced, and at the time of the conclusion of the contract the parties knew that the goods were at, or were to be manufactured or produced at, a particular place -- in placing the goods at the buyer's disposal at that place;
(ب) في الحالات التي لا تشملها الفقرة الفرعية السابقة والتي يتعلق فيها العقد ببضائع محددة او بضائع غير معينة ستسحب من مخزون محدد او تصنع او تنتج ، والتي يعرف فيها الطرفان وقت إبرام العقد ان البضائع موجودة في مكان معين او أنها ستصنع او ستنتج في مكان معين - في وضع البضائع تحت تصرّف المشتري في ذلك المكان ؛

To request the financial mechanism of the Convention to support the work referred to in the previous subparagraph financially and to invite other financial institutions and countries to do the same;
(د) يطلب إلى الآلية المالية للاتفاقية أن تدعم العمل المشار إليه في الفقرة الفرعية السابقة مالياً، ويدعو المؤسسات المالية الأخرى والبلدان إلى القيام بنفس الشيء؛

In addition to the multilateral treaties and bilateral agreements relating to the fight against terrorism to which it is a party (see previous subparagraph), Romania has signed other instruments which it also intends to ratify:

In the case of a forced landing, the flight shall be deemed to continue until twenty-four hours after any landing; the duration of service applies in any case to the entire time during which the aircraft is in flight within the meaning of the previous subparagraph. "
وفي حالة الهبوط الاضطراري يعتبر التحليق مستمرا إلى ما بعد الهبوط بأربع وعشرين ساعة؛ وفي جميع الأحوال تنطبق مدة الخدمة على مجمل الوقت الذي تكون فيه الطائرة في الجو بالمعنى الوارد في الفقرة الفرعية السابقة " .

The Mentor-programme starting September 2005 helps those disadvantaged students who got into higher education with the help of the measure for disadvantages students (see previous sub-paragraph 602 f).

The release of this person pursuant to the preceding paragraph shall not prevent his re-arrest and transfer to the Court if a request for transfer satisfying the requirements of paragraphs 3 and 4 of this article arrives subsequently.
