Towards this end, apart from maintaining the false expectation that the Greek Cypriot displaced persons would be returning to the North, the Greek Cypriot side also abuses the purely humanitarian issue of " missing persons " and totally distorts the situation of the Greek Cypriots living in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
وتحقيقا لهذا الغرض، وبمعزل عن الحفاظ على الأمل الكاذب بعودة المشردين القبارصة اليونانيين إلى الشمال، فإن الجانب القبرصي اليوناني يسيئ أيضا استخدام المسألة الإنسانية الصرفة " للأشخاص المفقودين " ويشوه تشويها كاملا حالة القبارصة اليونانيين الذين يعيشون في جمهورية تركيا لشمال قبرص.

17. In relation to the right to education of Greek Cypriots living in the north, the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe welcomed the continued functioning of the secondary school in Rizokarpasso, as well as the fact that, since September 2005, full secondary education for Greek Cypriot children is ensured.
17- وفيما يتعلق بالحق في تعليم القبارصة اليونانيين الذين يعيشون في الشمال، رحبت لجنة الوزراء التابعة لمجلس أوروبا باستمرار عمل المعهد الثانوي في ريزوكارباسو، وكذلك تأمين التعليم الثانوي الكامل للأطفال القبارصة اليونانيين منذ شهر أيلول/سبتمبر 2005.

While generally enjoying freedom of worship, the Greek Cypriots living in the northern part of Cyprus must still inform/request permission from the authorities there to conduct religious services on specified days in some of the churches in their own villages and at the Apostolos Andreas monastery.

Greek Cypriots living in the TRNC are able to attend religious services in places of worship without hindrance. Some 1,000 Greek Cypriots are expected to cross over to the TRNC on 30 November to attend the religious ceremony at the Apostolos Andreas monastery.
وبمقدور القبارصة اليونانيين الذين يعيشون في الجمهورية التركية لشمال قبرص أن يحضروا الشعائر الدينية المقامة في أماكن العبادة بدون أي عائق، ومن المتوقع أن يعبر نحو ٠٠٠ ١ قبرصي يوناني الحدود إلى الجمهورية التركية لشمال قبرص في ٣٠ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر لحضور الشعائر الدينية التي ستقام في دير أبو ستولوس أندرياس.

23. With regard to the property of displaced persons, Turkish official policy denying them the right to return to their homes had been reinforced by the stringent restrictions on visits to the north by Greek Cypriots living in the south, and the rights of persons with property -- owned or inherited -- in the north were violated, without compensation.
23 - وفيما يتعلق بممتلكات المشردين، قال إن السياسة الرسمية التركية التي تحرمهم من حق العودة إلى ديارهم يجري إعمالها عن طريق القيود المشددة التي تفرض على زيارة الشمال من جانب القبارصة اليونانيين الذين يعيشون في الجنوب، كما يجري انتهاك حقوق الأشخاص أصحاب الممتلكات - سواء بالتملك أو بالوراثة - الواقعة في الشمال بدون منحهم تعويضات.
