In 2009, Inter-Agency Programme Appraisal Committee members at the global and subregional levels included 19 United Nations agencies, representatives of other inter-agency mechanisms and leading international civil society organizations, notably Amnesty International, the Centre for Women's Global Leadership and Human Rights Watch.
