1. The present biennial report to the High-level Committee on the Review of Technical Cooperation among Developing Countries is submitted in accordance with resolution 12/1 adopted by the High-level Committee at its twelfth session.

Decides, following the successful completion by the High-level Committee of Ministers and Officials of the role entrusted to it in Governing Council decision 19/32 of 4 April 1997 on the governance of the United Nations Environment Programme, and with appreciation for its work, to discontinue the Highlevel Committee of Ministers and Officials;
5 - يقرر أن ينهي أعمال اللجنة رفيعة المستوى للوزراء والمسؤولين، بعد أن أتمت بنجاح الدور المسند إليها بموجب مقرر مجلس الإدارة 19/32 المؤرخ 4 نيسان/أبريل 1997، معرباً عن تقديره لما أنجزته من أعمال؛

5. Decides, following the successful completion by the High-level Committee of Ministers and Officials of the role entrusted to it in Governing Council decision 19/32 of 4 April 1997 on the governance of the United Nations Environment Programme, and with appreciation for its work, to discontinue the Highlevel Committee of Ministers and Officials;
