Lord Owen and Mr. Stoltenberg followed up by visiting Belgrade, Podgorica and Zagreb from 4 to 6 September.
وتابع اللورد أوين والسيد ستولتينبيرغ ذلك بزيارة بلغراد، وبودغوريشا وزغرب في الفترة من ٤ إلى ٦ أيلول/سبتمبر.

2. Despite the efforts of the Co-Chairmen of the Steering Committee of the International Conference on the Former Yugoslavia in recent weeks and, in particular, the intensive round of talks conducted by Lord Owen from 21 to 25 April 1993, the Bosnian Serbs have not signed the Peace Plan.
٢ - وبالرغم من الجهود التي بذلها الرئيسان المشاركان للجنة التوجيهية التابعة للمؤتمر الدولي المعني بيوغوسلافيا السابقة في اﻷسابيع اﻷخيرة وبوجه خاص، جولة المحادثات المكثفة التي أجراها اللورد أوين في الفترة من ٢١ إلى ٢٥ نيسان/ابريل ١٩٩٣، فإن الصرب البوسنيين لم يوقعوا خطة السلم.

14. On 26 August, Ambassador Masset, Lord Owen's Deputy, travelled to Pristina to meet with the local Serbian authorities and with representatives of the Albanians.
