106. The Committee expresses its concern at the insufficient measures taken by the State party in the area of birth registration, and at the lack of awareness and understanding of registration procedures, especially in rural areas.

8. The Committee notes with satisfaction the measures taken by the State party to provide health services and education for nomadic peoples, such as mobile first aid facilities and dispensaries and mobile schools and libraries.

3. The Committee takes note with satisfaction of the action taken by the State party during the period under consideration regarding the following international human rights instruments:

(c) Lack of adequate measures taken by the State party to prevent and combat violence, abuse and neglect against women and children.

30 - بينما يوفر التقرير بعض المعلومات عن نساء طائفة الروما والنساء المهاجرات، فإنه لا توجد صورة شاملة للخطوات المتخذة من قبل الدولة الطرف للقضاء على التمييز ضدهن في مجالات التعليم والعمالة والصحة والمشاركة في الحياة السياسية والحياة العامة، حسب ما نادت به اللجنة في ملاحظاتها الختامية السابقة.

490. Although gender aspects should be mainstreamed in each of the articles where applicable, under this specific article the report should include information regarding measures taken by the State party to ensure the full development, advancement and empowerment of women, for the purpose of guaranteeing them the exercise and enjoyment of the Convention rights and fundamental freedoms, and the elimination of all forms of discrimination.

In particular, it notes the strikingly high number of complaints brought by domestic workers before the District Labour Relations Office (2,867 since 2010) which points to the insufficient measures taken by the State party to protect them.
