13. The Committee regrets that the regime for a state of emergency does not specify the derogations that can be made to the Covenant and does not define the guarantees relative to the implementation of such derogations.

Awareness raising among the public at large, as well as educational programmes on the implementation of these principles, should be reinforced in order to change traditional perceptions of children as objects and not as subjects of rights.
وينبغي تعزيزاً إذكاء الوعي لدى الجمهور بصورة عامة، وكذلك دعم البرامج التربوية المتعلقة بتنفيذ هذه المبادئ، وذلك بغية تغيير المفاهيم التقليدية عن الأطفال بوصفهم أشياء وليس كفاعلين جديرين بالحقوق.

The Security Council supports the efforts of the Panel of Experts in gathering and analysing information regarding the implementation of these measures, in particular incidents of undermining the political transition.

Finally, during the reporting period, the Board started the revision of the project standard, validation and verification standard and project cycle procedure to incorporate changes relating to carbon dioxide capture and storage (CCS) projects, and operationalized the CCS Working Group to advise the Board on matters relating to the implementation of such changes.
