Decision 11/COP.1 relating to procedures for the communication of information and review of implementation of the Convention defines the format and content of reports on national, joint, subregional and regional action programmes, as well as the format for the reports of developed country Parties and affected developed country Parties not preparing action programmes.
5- ويعرّف المقرر 11/م أ-1 المتعلق بإجراءات تبليغ المعلومات واستعراض تنفيذ الاتفاقية، شكل ومضمون التقارير المتعلقة ببرامج العمل الوطنية، ودون الإقليمية والإقليمية المشتركة، وكذلك شكل تقارير البلدان الأطراف المتقدمة وتقارير البلدان الأطراف المتقدمة المتأثرة التي لم تعد برامج عمل.

76. For the national level, the affected developed countries listed in the regional implementation annexes could furnish biennial reports on the monitoring of the 10-year plan, with the same three time frames as for global monitoring: the short, medium and long term.
