The Committee recommends that the State party take steps to ensure that family-type care rather than institutional care is offered for children deprived of a family environment.
توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف باتخاذ خطوات تكفل نوعاً من الرعاية الأسرية بدلاً من الرعاية المؤسسية لكافة الأطفال المحرومين من البيئة الأسرية.

48. The Committee welcomes efforts to encourage national adoptions of orphans and children deprived of a family environment.
48- ترحب اللجنة بالجهود المبذولة لتشجيع التبني داخل البلد للأيتام والأطفال المحرومين من البيئة الأسرية.

Additionally, the Committee recommends that the State party establish and implement a code of standards to ensure adequate care and the protection of children deprived of a family environment.

1180. The Committee is deeply concerned at the large numbers of children who have been deprived of a family environment through the death of, or separation from, their parents or other family, and at reports of the difficulties and slow progress in tracing separated families and children.

There are also rules to ensure that children deprived of a family environment are cared for by social welfare institutions or alternative families which cater for their social and educational well-being and their physical, mental and psychological health, from birth until they reach the age of six years in social welfare institutions, when they are transferred to social education centres and model education institutions.

The Committee recommends that the State party expedite as much as possible the passing of the bill mentioned in paragraph 30 above and establish a code of standards to ensure adequate care and protection of children deprived of a family environment.
484- وتوصي اللجنة بأن تعجل الدولة الطرف بقدر الإمكان اعتماد مشروع القانون المذكور في الفقرة 474 أعلاه وتضع مدونة معايير لكفالة رعاية وحماية كافيتين للأطفال المحرومين من البيئة الأسرية.

The Committee recommends that the State party take all appropriate measures to establish alternative care centres for children deprived of a family environment and/or to provide support to the private ones.

794. The Committee takes note that the Code on Children and Adolescents includes legal measures for the protection of children deprived of a family environment and that further measures have been included in the draft Code on the Family.

Consequently, one of the Government's human rights priorities is creating the most favourable conditions for the physical, intellectual and spiritual development of children and young people, as well as providing comprehensive support for large families, orphaned children and children deprived of a family environment.
