21. Estimated resources in the amount of $30,000 would cover round-trip travel costs of six judges to attend the inaugural session at The Hague as well as provide for the travel of the President of the International Tribunal to United Nations Headquarters for consultations and for attendance at the General Assembly.

23. In that respect, I urge the Security Council, and the international community as a whole, to ensure that transfers of cases from the International Tribunal to the region are successful by providing full support to building the capacity of domestic jurisdictions in the former Yugoslavia.
