تحيط الدول اﻷطراف الوديع علما بسلطاتها المختصة عن جهات الاتصال المسؤولة فيها عن إرسال وتلقي المعلومات المشار إليها في هذه المادة.

Appeals lodged against the judgements referred to in the present article shall not have suspensive effect.
طلبات استئناف اﻷحكام المشار إليها في هذه المادة لا توقف تنفيذ الحكم.

5. The Committee shall hold closed meetings when examining communications under the present article.
5- تعقد اللجنة جلساتها سراً عند دراسة البلاغات المشار إليها في هذه المادة.

In view of the nature of article 20, States parties are obliged to adopt the necessary legislative measures prohibiting the actions referred to therein.
ونظراً لطبيعة المادة 20، فإن الدول الأطراف ملزمة باعتماد التدابير التشريعية الضرورية التي تحظر الإجراءات المشار إليها في هذه المادة.

The Committee recalls that the rights referred to in this provision are accessory in nature and can be invoked only in conjunction with another provision of the Covenant.
