A number of States also emphasized how specific legislative measures and other practices aimed at " high-risk " sectors, such as public procurement, had sought to reduce the likelihood of conflicts of interest in these sectors, providing evidence of implementation of Article 9 of the Convention (public procurement and management of Public Finances).
