Preventive measures against corruption and measures against the transfer of funds of illicit origin are important chapters of the new convention.
ويمثل الفصلان المتعلقان بتدابير مكافحة الفساد الوقائية وتدابير مكافحة إحالة الأموال ذات المصدر غير المشروع فصلين هامين في الاتفاقية الجديدة.
