32. The Monterrey Consensus highlighted the importance of " encouraging the orderly development of capital markets through sound banking systems and other institutional arrangements aimed at addressing development financing needs " (para. 17).
32 - سلّط توافق آراء مونتيري الضوء على أهمية " تشجيع التنمية المنظمة لأسواق رؤوس الأموال من خلال النظم المصرفية السليمة وغيرها من الترتيبات المؤسسية التي تهدف إلى تلبية الاحتياجات المالية للتنمية " (الفقرة 17).
