It furthermore calls on the States parties to refrain from imposing any restrictions on the transfer of nuclear equipment and technology for peaceful purposes to States parties that have signed comprehensive safeguards agreements with IAEA and from imposing further restrictions on the use of this nuclear technology in a manner that is contrary to the spirit of the NPT.
كما تدعو الدول الأطراف للامتناع عن فرض أي قيود على نقل المعدات والتكنولوجيا النووية السـلمية إلى الدول الأطراف التي لديها اتفاقات ضمانات شاملة مع الوكالة، والعمل على عدم فرض المزيد من القيود على استخدام تلك التكنولوجيا النووية بشكل يتنافى مع روح وأحكـام معاهدة عدم انتشار الأسلحة النووية.

The Netherlands continues to support efforts to curb this trade.
