30. Ms. Elver (Special Rapporteur on the right to food), introducing her report (A/69/275), said that eradicating hunger and ensuring access to adequate food had not been universally achieved in spite of considerable legislative and judicial progress in many countries since 2004.
30 - السيدة إلفر (المقرّرة الخاصة المعنية بالحق في الغذاء): في إطار عرضها تقريرها (A/69/275)، قالت إن هدف القضاء على الجوع وضمان إتاحة الغذاء الكافي لم يتم التوصُّل إليه بصورة شاملة على مستوى العالم برغم ما أُحرِز من تقدُّم ملموس منذ عام 2004 من الناحيتين التشريعية والقضائية في كثير من البلدان.

The Special Rapporteur welcomed the opportunity to attend the national Judicial Colloquium on the right to food held in Delhi at the initiative of the Right to Food Campaign which brought together 70 senior judges from across India to discuss the right to food.
ورحب المقرر الخاص بالفرصة التي أتيحت له لحضور (الندوة القضائية المعنية بالحق في الغذاء) المعقودة في دلهي بمبادرة من حملة الحق في الغذاء التي جمعت 70 قاضيا من كبار القضاة على نطاق الهند لمناقشة الحق في الغذاء.
