٦١ - ويمكن لجمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية وكرواتيا أن تعملا على تعديل النظام اﻷمني بحيث لا يسفر فتح نقطة عبور في المنطقة التي تسيطر عليها اﻷمم المتحدة عن انتهاك للنظام اﻷمني القائم.

8. During the reporting period, the Croatian authorities continued to allow unauthorized access to the United Nations-controlled zone by civilians, including Croatian and foreign tourists.
