٨٣١- جمعية المكفوفين الكويتية: وهي جمعية أهلية ذات نفع عام تتلقى الدعم المادي السنوي من وزارة الشؤون وتضم المكفوفين وتقدم مجموعة من البرامج واﻷنشطة المتخصصة في مجالهم وهي عضو في الاتحاد الاقليمي للمكفوفين والعديد من المنظمات العربية والدولية في هذا المجال.
