٠١- تدعو الهيئات المهنية المختصة إلى أن تعيد دراسة مدوناتها للممارسة المهنية بهدف تعزيز احترام حقوق اﻹنسان وكرامته في سياق فيروس نقص المناعة البشري/اﻹيدز، وتدعو السلطات المعنية إلى تطوير التدريب في هذا المجال؛

٣٦- يرجى اﻹشارة إلى ما هو متاح من أي خدمات لتقديم المشورة لﻷسر أو أي برامج لتعليم الوالدين، فضلا عن حملات توعية الوالدين واﻷطفال بحقوق الطفل داخل الحياة اﻷسرية، واﻷنشطة التدريبية المقدمة للجماعات المهنية المختصة )مثل المشرفين الاجتماعيين( وأي تقييم تم بشأن فعاليتها.

Governments and relevant professional bodies should consider working together to share and optimize the use of existing training materials and possibly extending or adapting them for use in teaching curricula on chemicals and health as part of undergraduate and postgraduate nursing and medical training to foster the further development of a cadre of medical and nursing professionals qualified in environmental health.
وينبغي للحكومات والهيئات المهنية المختصة أن تنظر في أن تتعاون من أجل تقاسم المواد التدريبية المتوفرة والاستفادة المثلى منها وربما توسيع نطاقها أو تطويعها للاستخدام في مناهج التدريس بشأن المواد الكيميائية والصحة وذلك كجزء من مناهج التدريب الطبي والتمريض للطلاب قبل التخرج وبعد التخرج وذلك من أجل خلق المزيد من التطوير للكوادر الطبية ومهنيي التمريض المؤهلين في مجال الصحة البيئية.

64- يرجى الإشارة إلى ما هو متاح من أي خدمات لتقديم المشورة للأسر أو أي برامج لتعليم الوالدين، فضلا عن حملات توعية الوالدين والأطفال بحقوق الطفل داخل الحياة الأسرية، والأنشطة التدريبية المقدمة للجماعات المهنية المختصة (مثل المشرفين الاجتماعيين) وأي تقييم تم بشأن فعاليتها.

It also recommends that the State party develop systematic awareness-raising, education and training programmes in all domestic languages on the provisions of the Optional Protocol for all relevant professional groups working with and for children, such as teachers, authorities working for and with asylum-seeking and migrant children coming from countries affected by armed conflict, lawyers and judges.
كما توصي بأن تضع الدولة الطرف برامج منهجية للتوعية والتثقيف والتدريب في مجال أحكام البروتوكول الاختياري، بجميع اللغات المحلية، لكل الفئات المهنية المختصة العاملة مع الأطفال ومن أجلهم، مثل المعلمين والسلطات العاملة مع الأطفال ملتمسي اللجوء والمهاجرين من البلدان المتأثرة بالنزاعات المسلحة ومن أجل هؤلاء الأطفال، والمحامين والقضاة.

The Committee encourages the Government to pursue its efforts aiming at creating awareness of the Convention and having its basic principles understood by the general public, and to continue training relevant professional groups such as teachers, judges, law enforcement officials, social workers and the personnel in care and detention institutions, as well as military personnel.

836- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بتنظيم حملات توعية وعقد دورات تثقيفية وتدريبية بانتظام بشأن أحكام البروتوكول الاختياري لصالح جميع الفئات المهنية المختصة العاملة مع الأطفال الملتمسين اللجوء والأطفال اللاجئين والأطفال المهاجرين من بلدان متضررة بالنزاعات المسلحة، منها على سبيل المثال فئات المعلمين، والأخصائيين العاملين في المجال الطبي، والمحامين، والقضاة، وأفراد القوات العسكرية.
