(e) cluster munitions that do not meet the standards described in technical annex B retained in accordance with paragraph 11 of article 4;

1. Cluster munitions other that those described in technical annex B and produced before 1980;

1. It is prohibited for a High Contracting Party to use, transfer, otherwise acquire, stockpile or retain cluster munitions described in technical annex C.
1- يُحظر على الطرف المتعاقد السامي استعمال الذخائر العنقودية الموصوفة في المرفق التقني جيم أو نقلها أو حيازتها بطريقة أخرى أو الاحتفاظ بها.

2. It is prohibited for a High Contracting Party to use, develop, produce, otherwise acquire, stockpile or retain cluster munitions other than those described in technical annex B.
2- يُحظر على الطرف المتعاقد السامي استعمال الذخائر العنقودية غير تلك الموصوفة في المرفق التقني باء أو استحداثها أو إنتاجها أو حيازتها بطريقة أخرى أو تخزينها أو الاحتفاظ بها.

(b) stockpile surveillance and management programmes for storage of cluster munitions described in technical annex B in accordance with sub-paragraph 1(c) of article 5;
(ب) برامج مراقبة وإدارة مخزونات الذخائر العنقودية الموصوفة في المرفق التقني باء وفقاً للفقرة الفرعية 1(ج) من المادة 5؛

(d) destruction of cluster munitions under its jurisdiction and control other than those described in technical annex B:
(د) تدمير الذخائر العنقودية المشمولة بولايتها والخاضعة لسيطرتها غير الذخائر الموصوفة في المرفق التقني باء:

2. Cluster munitions other than those described in technical annex B unless subject to deferral periods pursuant to paragraphs 3 and 7 of article 4.
2- الذخائر العنقودية غير تلك الموصوفة في المرفق التقني باء ما لم تكن خاضعة لفترات تأجيل عملاً بالفقرتين 3 و7 من المادة 4.

(b) stockpile surveillance and management programmes for storage of cluster munitions described in technical annex B in accordance with sub-paragraph 1 (c) of Article 6;

(c) cluster munitions that do not meet the standards described in technical annex B, other than those subject to a deferral period under this Protocol;
(ج) الذخائر العنقودية التي لا تستوفي المعايير الموصوفة في المرفق التقني باء، بخلاف ما هو خاضع منها لفترة التأجيل بموجب هذا البروتوكول؛
