5- يطلب من الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ أن تواصل النظر في الاستعراض الرابع للآلية المالية، بالاستناد إلى المبادئ التوجيهية الواردة في مرفق هذا المقرر وفي مرفق المقرر 3/م أ-4 بغية التوصية، وفقاً للمقرر 2/م أ-12، بمشروع مقرر بشأن الاستعراض كي يعتمده مؤتمر الأطراف في موعد لا يتجاوز دورته الخامسة عشرة.

Adopts the revised UNFCCC reporting guidelines on global climate change observing systems as contained in the annex to this decision;3

Decides to adopt the strategy contained in the annex to this decision as the 10-year strategic plan and framework to enhance the implementation of the Convention (2008 - 2018), hereinafter referred to as " The Strategy " ;
1- يقرر اعتماد الاستراتيجية الواردة في مرفق هذا المقرر بوصفها الخطة وإطار العمل الاستراتيجيين للسنوات العشر من أجل تعزيز تنفيذ الاتفاقية (2008-2018)، ويشار إليها فيما يلي باسم " الاستراتيجية " ؛

1. Adopts the eight-year Doha work programme on Article 6 of the Convention as contained in the annex to this decision (hereinafter referred to as the work programme);

Also decides that any revision of the modalities and procedures contained in the annex to this decision shall not affect clean development mechanism project activities already registered in accordance with these modalities and procedures or any project activities registered in accordance with the modalities and procedures contained in the annex to decision 3/CMP.1 or the annex to decision 5/CMP.1;
3- يُقرر أيضاً ألا يؤثر أي تنقيح للطرائق والإجراءات الواردة في مرفق هذا المقرر في أنشطة مشاريع آلية التنمية النظيفة التي سبق تسجيلها وفقاً لهذه الطرائق والإجراءات أو أية أنشطة مشاريع مُسجّلة وفقاً للطرائق والإجراءات الواردة في مرفق المقرر 3/م أإ-1 أو في مرفق المقرر 5/م أإ-1؛

[Decides that the provisions of the amendments contained in the annex to this decision shall apply to all Parties immediately upon the conclusion of the first commitment period under Article 3, paragraph 1, of the Kyoto Protocol, and shall continue to apply on a provisional basis until the entry into force of the amendments for each Party;
3- [يقرر انطباق أحكام التعديلات الواردة في مرفق هذا المقرر على جميع الأطراف فور انتهاء فترة الالتزام الأولى بموجب الفقرة 1 من المادة 3 من بروتوكول كيوتو، واستمرار انطباقها على أساس مؤقت إلى أن يبدأ سريان التعديلات بالنسبة إلى كل طرف؛

1. At its thirteenth session, the Conference of the Parties (COP), by its decision 9/CP.13, adopted the amended New Delhi work programme on Article 6 of the Convention as contained in the annex to that decision.
