64. With respect to the topic dealt with in chapter V of the report, namely, the Law of the non-navigational Uses of international watercourses, it was first necessary to decide on the form of the final document.

70 - ويجدر بالإشارة أيضا أن لجنة القانون الدولي أشارت بشكل عام، في عملها المتعلق باستخدام المجاري المائية الدولية في الأغراض غير الملاحية، إلى العلاقة بين السيادة وواجب التعاون بين الدول.

2. It was unfortunate that the 1997 Convention on the Law of Non-navigational Uses of International watercourses, to which Hungary was a party, had not yet entered into force because of the high threshold established in that connection.
