3. As to what concerns dual-use goods and technologies, Portugal applies the norms of EC Regulation No. 1334/2000 of 22 June and EC Regulation No. 394/2006 of 27 February, according to which all transfers of such items are subject to a preliminary licensing procedure.
3 - وفيما يتعلق بالسلع والتكنولوجيات المزدوجة الاستخدام، تطبق البرتغال معايير القاعدة التنظيمية للمفوضية الأوروبية رقم 1334/2000 المؤرخة 22 حزيران/يونيه والقاعدة التنظيمية رقم 394/2006 المؤرخة 27 شباط/فبراير، التي تخضع بموجبهما جميع عمليات نقل هذه الأنصاف لإجراء ترخيص أولي.

Act 460/2002 on the implementation of international sanctions, Act 21/2007 on dual-use goods and technologies, and Act 179/1998 on grading in military material ensure the implementation of the restrictive measures against the Islamic Republic of Iran by the competent Slovak authorities.

وأهم الأدوات التشريعية المتعلقة بهذا الأمر هي القانون 21/2007 الصادر في كانون الثاني/يناير 2007 الذي يحدد شروط مراقبة أنشطة الاستيراد والتصدير والسمسرة فيما يتعلق بالسلع والتكنولوجيات الخاضعة لنظم المراقبة الدولية - مجموعة أستراليا، ومجموعة مورّدي المواد النووية، والقانون 179/1998 بشأن الاتجار بالمواد العسكرية، والقانون 130/1998 بشأن الاستخدامات السلمية للطاقة النووية.

As regards dual-use goods and technologies, Portugal applies the norms of Council Regulation No. 428/2009 of 5 May 2009, setting up a community regime for the control of exports, transfer, brokering and transit of dual-use items, according to which all transfers of such items are subject to a preliminary licensing procedure.
